'The meal partaken at your hotel on Monday night cannot go without some form of recognition - as I explained at the time it has been some considerable since I have seen a sign offering 'High Tea' and what a high tea it was! High in the very best sense of the word… The meal was absolutely fabulous, much enjoyed and much embellished by conversation with yourself afterwards. I thought the rooms lovely and promise to recommend you especially to those of my friends who are fishermen who I know often stay in Perth not wishing to be miles from the city life.
